Hello loves! Happy Wednesday. I don’t know about y’all, but I have savoring up this sunshine which has been perfect for BBQ-ing and tasty Trader Joe’s treats! Here are this week’s #WhatsInYourBasketFinds. Be sure to tag me on Instagram so I can see yours and if you’d like to share your basket sometime – let me know!! xx
1. Santa Maria Inspired Boneless Beef Tri-Tip Roast
I really hope this is not just a Santa Barbara basket find (Santa Maria is only about 50 minutes away from SB!) – because this meatlover favorite is AMAZING!! It is easy peasy and simple as can be. Just cook in the oven (no seasoning necessary!) and serve with your favorite sides (cue: corn on the cobb, grilled veg and quinoa burgers!). SO delicious and definitely worth putting in your basket if you’re a beef type of person! x
This is my end all – be all of BBQing secrets. This tzatziki sauce is one of a kind and is so complimentary with meats, veg, BBQ, pita chips…you name it!! Perfect for bringing with fresh cut veggies or paired with a yummy BBQ meat meal.
For all you meatlovers out there – this is another gem of a find! So tasty and perfect paired as an appetizer or cooked into a spaghetti din or a quick and easy meal prep.
4. Herb and Garlic Seasoned Sirloin Steak
All I can say is – BUY THIS NOW. It’s ahmazinggg! I am telling ya – the meat section in TJ’s right now is the best. Hands down. It makes a busy life way easier with easy to cook and pre-marinated meats. This one is another favorite for me and the hubs with corn on the cobb and other yummy veggies.
5. Organic Kabocha Squash
Every meat-filled dinner needs a few yummy sides! Whether using the tzatziki to dip or something savory like this squash your dinner will be complete!! I love that this squash is frozen – because it is my go-to staple for a side dish in a hurry. It pairs perfectly with dark meats and is seasoned to perfection.
Hope you enjoyed this week’s finds! See you next Wednesday for more #WhatsInYourBasket! xx
